>"hey, guys. we're done with the political stuff for awhile."
>first episode of season 21
>"randy comes to grips with what it means to be white in today’s society"
I feel the show in general has taken a downturn, and this past season was the worst. And no, not because they made fun of Trump. I could give 2 fucks about him. It's the fact that the show has gotten so political. Yes, I KNOW the show has always been satirical of society. No, I am NOT saying that show sucks because "I'm just offended by their mud-stomping of Trump and need to get over it". I'm not offended because, as I stated before, I don't give a fuck about that. What irritates me is how heavy-handed they have gotten with the political stuff. Not because of what they chose to use for cannon fodder. The show was more fun when it wasn't slamming the viewers in the face till their black and blue with political bullshit. It's fine for an episode here and there, but every episode for an entire season? That's excessive.

Any good documentaries on Big Foot?

Then you have ten seconds to explain the more than 400 sightings of Bigfoot in America alone since its founding.

What instantly makes you hate/drop a movie?
>PG-13 horror
>female-centered comedy with an androgynous fat bitch in the main cast
>movie is a remake or a reboot of something that came out within the past few decades
>150 frames-per-second cuts/shaky cam abuse
>no nudity but scene with a woman in her bra/underwear

Why didn't Kojima rip off the sex scenes?
I'm a Dutch uni student with a very noticeable Dutch accent. I'm studying to become an English teacher and one of my teachers told me that if I watch something, be it news or series, it should be in the accent I'm trying to achieve, which is British in my case.
What are some good British series?
You can throw anything at me, although I prefer sci-fi and fantasy and don't watch cartoons.
>>87649495
watch BBC war and peace, they all have english accents because it was made in britain
>>87649495
Doctor Who, Torchwood and Misfits are sci-fi but honestly they aren't great
England is only really good at making comedies, Only Fools and Horses, Black Adder, Outnumbered for example
Red Dwarf is a comedy sci-fi, I haven't seen it but might be the sort of thing you are looking for

>I got all you favourite movies down here on blu ray, want to come watch them?
>watching movies
>>87649424
I don't believe you. Why would anyone have the entire blu-ray set of one of the dullest franchise in the history of movie franchises. Each episode following the boy wizard and his pals from Hogwarts Academy as they fight assorted villains has been indistinguishable from the others. Aside from the gloomy imagery, the series’ only consistency has been its lack of excitement and ineffective use of special effects, all to make magic unmagical, to make action seem inert.
Perhaps the die was cast when Rowling vetoed the idea of Spielberg directing the series; she made sure the series would never be mistaken for a work of art that meant anything to anybody, just ridiculously profitable cross-promotion for her books. The Harry Potter series might be anti-Christian (or not), but it’s certainly the anti-James Bond series in its refusal of wonder, beauty and excitement. No one wants to face that fact. Now, thankfully, they no longer have to.
>a-at least the books were good though
"No!"
The writing is dreadful; the book was terrible. As I read, I noticed that every time a character went for a walk, the author wrote instead that the character "stretched his legs."
I began marking on the back of an envelope every time that phrase was repeated. I stopped only after I had marked the envelope several dozen times. I was incredulous. Rowling's mind is so governed by cliches and dead metaphors that she has no other style of writing. Later I read a lavish, loving review of Harry Potter by the same Stephen King. He wrote something to the effect of, "If these kids are reading Harry Potter at 11 or 12, then when they get older they will go on to read Stephen King." And he was quite right. He was not being ironic. When you read "Harry Potter" you are, in fact, trained to read Stephen King.

Animation error because it's early Simpsons?
The tack was Formerly Chuck's
