Sleep apnea makes me want to fucking die. I have no way of treating it and it totally ruins my quality of life.
>exhausted all day
>struggle to wake up
>severe brainfog
>lowered testosterone
>fucks up your lifting gains
I'm not overweight, so losing weight won't fix it; I lost 20 lbs anyway just to see and now I'm just borderline skellymode with sleep apnea. CPAP doesn't help because my body never adjusts to it and takes it off once I fall asleep. I even had my tonsils and adenoids removed because they would swell up and block my airways. Nothing has done me any good. The mouthguards and Provent alternatives are apparently a scam, and if you get surgery the problem comes back after about a month. I absolutely despise my body
