I've been going to a psychiatrist for almost 10yrs now for antidepressants and add meds. I'm starting to get panic attacks and shit and am pretty convinced that I need a benzo prescribed. How do I go about getting her to give me a prescription without pushing the issue too much? She knows that I have addictive tendencies so that's why she hasn't prescribed me one in the past

Why do I hate normalfags so much? Everything they do makes me sick.
I'm willing to accept the possibility that I'm just an asshole, or that I'm bitter or jealous that they're happy and I'm not. But I want to at least consider the possibility that they might be pieces of shit themselves.
I hate that they like junk food, mass produced entertainment. I hate that they don't want to become better people, but think that all people are the same and there's no such thing as "better." I hate that they think life is just about having shallow fun, killing time by consuming entertainment and buying prolefeed garbage. I hate that they're completely duped by corporatism into buying shiny toys. I hate that they are gossipy narcissistic children who spend all day grandstanding on social media.
What is the common thread here? What is it about normies that makes them such pigs? It's some sort of passivity, some kind of overall vibe, that they think life is a sanitized little hedonistic rollercoaster where you gratify your narcissism, and they're completely fine with it.
