No it's about my 15th kit gun.
By receivers I mean receiver parts and these kits are old, they were all brought in before the barrel ban.

I'm in the market for my first shotgun I was thinking about a 590a1 but mossberg qc seems to have gone down the shitter just like Remington with their 870s even the police models. And bros here have another option that has good qc and a 18.5 in barrel?

I like Winchester's offerings, they seem to have a good mix of features and shit but I can't comment on their modern QC, It's better than R*mington I can tell you that. Mossberg isn't too bad these days, I personally would consider the 590A1 if I had the money but I ended up buying a nonexistant name in the US. I don't particularly care for Mossberg's lockup mechanism either. Get yourself something cool like a Winchester SXP or a Benelli Nova.

Alright /k/ I've had this autistic idea for a while now: drone fighting.
No, not drones with glocks fighting terrorists, or drones with blades fighting each other, but a sport where people outfit drones with homemade air to air weapons and guns to fight each other in a dogfight.
Of course its dangerous but you know people would love to do it.

Air/bb guns mounted to RC ships are already a thing.

I fucked up /k/, the nunchuck im using shattered and is split in one side. Can i still repair it with some wood glue since it's made of it? If not are there any other alternatives?

As a last resort, use wood glue and then wrap the majority of it in duct tape.
That will hold it for a while but you should really have spares. I get through a couple of sets a year, they always fracture in the end.

Hey /k/ my great grandfather recently just passed and I inherited an old rifle from him. Unlike some other family members I don't plan on selling it, so I was curious if you could enlighten me on the info of the gun and how to take care of it. I believe it's a Mauser 8mm rifle but that's all I can tell from it. What's the history of this gun? How often should I clean it? Basically what steps can I take to make sure this relic survives and I keep my Grandfather's legacy strong. Thanks for the help!

Looks like a Czech vz24 Mauser. Clean it after you shoot it. Depending on how you store it and where you live check for rust.

So is there a consensus on what are the strongest polymer pistols? like a glock 23 gen 2 will obviously fucking explode to shreds if it kbs, but are there any polymer pistols that have been known to kb and survive like a metal framed pistol would?

Has the US ever had to deal with anything on the scope of the Beslan siege or the Moscow theater crisis? Or something like flight 8969 where GIGN stormed that plane or GSG 9 stormed the plane in Somalia? Same with GIGN after the Paris attacks.
It seems to me that outside of raiding a bunch of goat herders in the middle of the night, the US's special operations hasn't ever really been tested the way others have. Yet they love to talk about how they're the best.
People say Beslan was a fuck up but the US has never had to deal with anything like it, so who know if they would have done better.

first gun was a Sig 522. Pic related although i just grabbed that pic from google. It cost me like $600 and I regret it to this day. I should have either bought a Ruger 10/22 at like ~$225 or a real AR-15

If you want a rifle go for either an AR(they're just so fucking cheap right now) or a 10/22.
If you want a handgun and are serious about becoming a proficient pistol shot get a .22lr. My preference would be for a revolver so that you can master single and double action trigger, but you're probably not going to get one new for $500. Either way I'd go Ruger. A MK IV if semi-auto and a 4" SP101 in .22lr if revolver.
