Intermediate is subjective, however most have established that 308 is a full power round.

Here's a quick chart. You'll have to check the pocket of the cartridge you're interested in to deem if it's Small or Large.
There's technically no such thing as an "intermediate" cartridge. Although, you could put different powders, bullets, or primers to change how the respective cartridge was designed to function.

I was at the range by myself, it was pouring out. This was the first time I shot my .308 so I set a camera on the range table which has a wood top, a metal base, and is set in concrete. I wasn't touching the table but it was funny the percussion was moving stuff around.
