Just bought an RX 480 armor edition to replace my aging R9 270. Am I a dipshit who should have waited for Vega? or even spent the extra 20 bucks on a 580? Pic related

Give it back, Jamal.
I am using a Vive USB controller charger connected to my PC to charge different device
I am aware that charging a battery with different voltage and/or current can potentially do damage to it.
I am wondering how different the voltages or current can be with what appears to be a simple USB to micro USB cable.
I am fairly certain the batteries for both devices are somewhere around 3-3.3v, but have no idea about any other details.
What can I expect the damage to be with something like this?
dropping from usb to microusb doubles the voltage because the wider pin is funneling down to a smaller pin, extended use could blow up your controller or fry your motherboard. You need to use an authorized cable that has the correct copper balance to give proper voltage.

Daily reminder that "Linux is more secure than Windows" is a myth.
Pic related is what happens to Linux when it becomes as widespread.
Linux just wasn't targeted as much until recently because it used to be irrelevant.
Stay overwrought in the colon.

>>59987756
Daily reminder Linux, the kernel, is not an OS. Just because you run insecure software on top of it doesn't make Linux itself insecure.

Some exploits exploit the kernel, you idiot. Vulnerabilities can happen there too.
