This was last Tuesday:

I ordered a dell 7000 inspiron on 4-15-17 over the phone. Sales guy said it came with PCIe SSD drive. I asked him three times to make sure. He confirmed three times. After I paid 860.18 on my credit card, i checked the specs on the recite. The recite said SSD Hard Drive, but no PCIe. I then called sales back up and talked to same rep. He said he would double check. Put me on hold for 10 minutes and came back and said it was a PCIe drive. He then said that he would confirm with another email that it was a PCIe drive. I never got the email.

I called today, Tuesday the 18th, to ask another tech support guy about my computer hard drive because i suspicious. He said he could not confirm that it was a PCIe SSD drive, so i cancelled the order in a second call after I thought about this string of bullshit I was receiving.

I then got on live chat on dell.com and tried to order the same computer with a PCIe drive. The new salesman said he was able to do that. I asked for a written record of the order to be emailed to me, but he refused and then told me that inspirion 7000 laptops do not come with a PCIe SSD drive anymore.

I copied all conversations and all emails.

The man was hastily eating a bowl of rice while leaning on a post. Balanced on a nearby ledge was a tablet of stone inscripted with numbers and calculations.

Nubi wondered what the man was doing and shared his curiousity with his teacher. The Master responded "Why don't you ask him, my student?" The pair approached the man carefully as to not startle him and greeted him with eager eyes.

"Why, I am calculating figures for my employer, this is the reference and I have learned to memorize the simple output. My boss has given me a promotion because this allows me to continue to work while I take my meal, increasing our output greatly."

The Master asked and recieved permission to copy the stone tablet with pen onto parchment. The pair then continued into the forest and meditated.

It was the next day when they passed the man outside again on their way home. Master Foo paused close to the man and opened his satchel and pulled out a blank parchment. He scribbled three lines of numbers and algorithms.

He handed it to the man and continued on his way.

And making themselves irreplaceable by offering many free services. Microsoft and Apple try lock people in by making their software and hardware incompatible with other stuff. Google does it by making everything free.
