Post your shakes boys. Would love some advice for mine, because I can't eat dairy or nuts, so the staple milk and peanut butter ingredients are a no-go.

Current shake is 2 bananas, 25-50 grams rice protein, one kiwi, and one serving of blueberries.

Absolutely. I love the stuff. My perfect cocktail included 500mg 5-HTP, 80mg Prozac, and 600mg St. Johns Wort. Give it about 2 weeks to really kick in good. Saved my life, I definitely recommend it

I really struggle with breathing during pullups /fit/.
I can't seem to exhale while on the bar and if I try to force it it's like I lose all my strength.

The Man's Physique Olympia this year will be fucking mine! I'm a perfect poser and have a fantastic body, just so you niggas know.

I just had a meeting with the LEGEND Arnold Schwarzenegger and I asked him to help me with a new posing routine, a new style like no one expects. He asked me to pose to him. I took off my clothes and posed and he was awed with such muscles I have. And just like that he said he had a new posing routine (he corresponds with the best athletes) and he said the new thing was to scream while I was posing.

I looked at him and said "Wow, that's a new idea! They will really come out impressed! I mean when you are at the stage and you scream one can miss you!". He oiled me up with a heavy oil then taught me how to scream. He taught me that when your arms are high you have to scream high and the the lower your arms are the lower your screams have to be! We practiced for like 2 hours and he said I mastered very well.

So stay tuned at this years Man's Physique Olympia! I'm going for the win!
