Alright /fit/ - I am a woman pretty well versed in the field of nutrition and exercise, used to be in very good shape until I got pregnant with my daughter. Now i am trying to shed the weight. I used to eat paleo 90% of the time, liked it a lot. I recently did a whole30 now am trying my hand at Keto to shed some fast pounds then just moving on to sensible diet and exercise.
Tell me more about keto! Im eating at a 20% deficit and my macros are calculated at 123g fat, 102g protein, and less than 20g carbs. This is my 6th day, I have never went over on carbs and have trouble staying under my protein value and feeling full (although I have). I am hungry all the time and want to kill myself eating 10 olives an a slice of cheese for a snack. should I stick it out or move on? Am i just not in ketosis yet?? I want to still be able to work out too!

Ketosis usually starts after two days.
Stick with it if you want to, Keto isn't magic, but if the only way to get you to eat less is to go keto then by all means do so.

Hey fit, maybe about 5 to 10 days a year I have days where I feel extremely low energy. Like don't want to move a bone in my body kind of tired. Luckily its my rest day today and i've got it extremely bad. I'm controlling my sugars extremely well and have been havibg 7-9 hours rest a day the past month as well, ans changed up to a very taxing routine, but the worlouts themselves are fine. Could it be anemia?

Not every day can be the best.. dont be ridiculous. Anemia doesn't just start and disappear. Most likely its like the other anon suggested just a simple virus infection without focused symptoms

Up until now I would eat 300-500g of ground beef every day for dinner and 2 chicken breasts for lunch
Been doing that for 1 and a half year now, since late summer '15

Stupid question but i'm not sure how to formulate that on google to get what i'm looking for.
Basically, if a weight is marked 2.5, is it 2.5kg heavy or do i need to put one on each side to get 2.5kg ? (the country is using metric so the chances are very slim that it's a 2.5lbs)
The doubt is real because i bought weighted leg bands and they were marked 5kg, then i discovered that each was 2.5kg.
