I just ordered this thing from a local chinese place. It was in one of those giant plastic soup cups and had a shit load of tofu ( prob close to a 3/4 a whole package ). anyway im really worried about the sodium in it. Some sites say it has 1.5k some say it has 10k sodium. Personally I'd say it had to have over 3k of sodium but hopefully not 10k. How much sodium do you think this has and what do I do besides drink a lot of water?

Don't squat in running shoes. They have cushioning and aren't flat or solid. They'll cause your weight to shift forward because they're optimized to continue forward momentum. If you have no Oly shoes, get something flat and solid like a pair of Vans instead. You also do have shitty ankle mobility. When you're warming up, work on your ankle mobility. I'll usually load up 135 on the bar and squat and just stay at the bottom get a stretch going.
I tried front squatting for my first time today and it felt like my wrists were going to snap lifting only 65lbs. Can I get away with only back squats or will it make me look like a disproportionate freak?
