I'll answer what I can, but here are my questions

1. I'm eating a 1000kcal under TDEE, 180g protein a day. I've lost 12 pounds in a month and maintained slow progressive overload on my lifts. Just used skin calipers to measure bodyfat and I went from 23% to 22%. How the FUCK is that possible. I thought I'd be like 18% by now. Am I breaking thermodynamics?! im 6'0 and 174lb

2. I've been doing ICF 5x5 by Blaha and people talk a lot of shit about it. Should I switch to lvysaur 4 4 8? I'm only lifting 1/2/3.

3. I wore lifts in my boots at the club on Saturday. Girls were WAY more into me. I only added an inch as well. And its not placebo. You guys should try it. None of my friends noticed. Im going to do 2 inches next time.

Im going to start learning muay thai for recreational fun and self defence. After i learn that for about 6 months im going to learn wing chun (better used on people who dont know how to fight, you wont hurt them )

What are so exercises and stretches i should learn? Also post what you are learning and what others can expect

6 months of a martial art will only make you amateur at it. If you want to get good choose a martial art and make your main focus. It takes years in a martial art before you can get exceptionally good.

How do I expand my rib cage?
I hear that the ribs ossify when you reach about 20 years old, although expansion is still possible after that age.
I'm 18 years old so I think I would be able to add a few more inches.

What kind exercises can I do? Should I breathe deeper? Should I sleep on my back and let 8 hours of gravity do its thing? Any suggestions are welcome.

Pullovers, and loaded carries (especially anteriorly loaded like sandbag or keg carries) will work the serratus and intercostal muscles; hypertrophy there will help with your goal.

Yoke walks will expand your torso like no one's business but you can't go heavy on them as much as with a sandbag carry or high rep pullovers due to CNS reasons.

Why did you start lifting? Me - Gym class came and it was lifting time. Never lifted a day in my life. Weak frail kid. Couldn't even bench the bar. Then the bigger and stronger kids were loading weight on. Felt like a weak puny pussy. Why'd you start?

I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes 3 months ago. I was put on 3 medications, and my goal was to get off them as quickly as healthily possible.

Today I'm about 30 pounds lighter and on one medication.

Honestly, the only reason I'm lifting is so that my body isn't completely fucked once I get down to a healthy weight. Hopefully I'll learn to love lifting, though.
