its very simple. some strawberries and banana, cup of oats, cup of milk, greek yogurt, peanut butter, and some almonds. dont even use any protein powder or supplement bullshit
its like any smoothie you would find at jamba juice, and yet it does this to me
make sure everything is already diced/cut up and that you blend it well enough
i use steel-cut oats and like to pre-blend them in a coffee bean grinder to improve the consistency
adding some crushed ice also works to dilute the shake

Why do so many olympic lifters squat high bar? Wouldn't front squats replicate their lifts better?
High bar = lift more weight than Front Squats.
So you get stronger which also builds confidence at lighter weights.
Snatch position is more similar to a back squat than a front squat. So that makes sense as well.
The biggest benefit from atg high bar is power from the bottom at heavy weight, means they are much less likely to dump the weight because they don't have to grind the rep as much because leg strength is not the limitation, generally the overhead portion is always the hardest part of the lift.
