Most of them have good looking faces/frames due to good upbringing.
That being said, most young rich people I've met have been fit, maybe not ripped, but also not fat/skelly.

>CONCLUSIONS:

The present study shows the beneficial effects of a long-term ketogenic diet. It significantly reduced the body weight and body mass index of the patients. Furthermore, it decreased the level of triglycerides, LDL cholesterol and blood glucose, and increased the level of HDL cholesterol. Administering a ketogenic diet for a relatively longer period of time did not produce any significant side effects in the patients. Therefore, the present study confirms that it is safe to use a ketogenic diet for a longer period of time than previously demonstrated.

I'd say that's not a bad deal for a new set, assuming the quality is good.
>>
That was my first weight set.

Good investment imo.
Make sure you are going to use it regularly before you go out and drop cash on a nice barbell.

I bought it because my old smaller bar doesn't fit pic related.

>>42191211
Only three issues that I've seen:

>Bar is OB-85EB Bar, which is like 39.4lbs, not 45lbs
>The bar capacity is advertised as 500lbs, but people say it bends around 355lbs
>Black paint comes off

But the price is very good. Just for the weights alone it is almost worth it.

That's a very cozy feeling

Here's another
>tfw after the run you collapse in some fresh, crunchy, fluffy snow, and feel like falling asleep as the snowflakes are gently gliding onto your face
>tfw you know if you do you'll probably get hypothermia and die or get seriously ill
>tfw you almost want to do it but decide not to do anything you might regret later, so you just go home and drink some Earl Grey while shitposting on /fit/ and watching Russian car crash videos on youtube.

Hey /fit/, I've been running for about 6 months to avoid exploding into an obese Frenchman when I hit 30. Did my first 5k and I'm trying to do my next a bit faster before training for a 10k. With how hot the summer is, I've started running in the mornings, and I'm clearly doing something wrong. Evenings I can do 3 miles no problem, but in the mornings I can barely do half that before I can't physically pick up my feet without stumbling, I've got a splitting headache and I'm generally pissed off and don't want to run. I usually wake up 5:30, make a cup of coffee, run at 6. What am I doing wrong, /fit/?

>how I feel
13 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
Probably a combination of hunger and thirst, especially the latter. Eat something light, take a drink of water, and you should feel better.
>>
being french
>>
Your hormones follow a circadian rhythm, so you're low test in the morning. I don't know if you'll ever be as strong in the mornings as you are in the late afternoons, but your body will adapt over time.

Drink lots of water as soon as you wake up and try to warm yourself up anyway.

Any /fit/ gamers here? I don't game religiously bc I'm not retarded but I do it to pass time occasionally but I do love it.
Right now I'm playing all of the Halo games (that I have at least) the MCC, ODST, Halo 5 and then Halo Wars 2
Have always loved halo even since I was a kid, currently on Halo 2 and it's bringing back some good memories

I'm Gold/Platinum rated in Overwatch. I play some Playerunknown's Battlegrounds, I'm ok. I also enjoy fantasy RPGs like TES and Dark Souls when time permits.

If you didn't eat your fucking vomit it sounds like you're not willing to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to get big.
Or you know you could try spacing out 6-7 meals out every 2 hours throughout the day totalling to 3k Cal (with most of the calories coming from easily digestible carbs)
