this is a thread about clothes you'd wear as a young professional when you are not wearing a suit. a.k.a. adult clothing. post any items/w2c/cop or not/inspo.
there are enough threads full of gothboi/tumblrina/rickninja/whatever, fuccbois stay out.

My parents got me a UH hat for my bday because I am an English major there and when I took off the sticker my gf was like "wtf you ruined it" was kind of weird
always remove sticker (if you aren't a nu-male or nigger that is)
What cut jeans do you guys wear? Are straight fit jeans effay?
Rockstar skinnies
yeah maybe if this was 1987

I like slim straight cuts myself. It's really about your body and the rest of your style that makes it look good or not
I'm getting married in a year and I need a well fitting suit. bespoke is not available in my country and most independent tailors are old geezers who refuse to make suits that don't look like potato sacks. I need advice. I realize buying a suit in a fast fashion shop and taking it to a tailor is a no-no. is made-to-measure a viable option?
where do you live?
buy a suit from a decent brand, ~$500 at least, and then have it fitted perfectly.
>most independent tailors are old geezers who refuse to make suits that don't look like potato sacks
I think you're wrong. but if you're right: find the ones who aren't like that.
>>12753147
People don't know where you live and stuff like that? What do you expect, a magical answer with so little information about you?
>>12753154
eastern boland here
honestly, a shitton of tailors here are just old dudes who are set in their ways of doing things and are very 'traditionalist' about how a suit should fit
Is alcoholism effay?
its fun to drink but alcoholism can ruin people's lives and not just your own. be responsible.
>>12752582
If you have to ask then most of the time it isn't
>>12752677

please tell me /fa/
Yes...but it'll also become an addiction.
Nope. Retail therapy is just a temporary fix like patching a flat.
>>12752212
not sure about depression but I used to have anxiety and was really shy, when I discovered this board I started dressing nicely and it really did boost my confidence and I don't have anxiety anymore.

Anyone know where I can find something similar (in quality and design) to this Uniqlo cardigan, that buttons further up so it'll actually keep me warm?
>>12752077
any good inspo on cardigans? I mean it seems pretty nu-male-ish to me
The only people who pull off cardigans are already extremely attractive
Don't
>>12752077
I'm making the switch from boxers to briefs but I don't understand the sizing. I bought a pack of breifs yesterday and they fit great. This morning I woke up and my balls were hanging out, and I can't get them secured. There's a gap now, so even when everything is in place you can still see my nuts from the side.
It's stupid.
Underarmor is the only good underwear for men
>>12751912
Maybe true, but would it solve this problem?
