Let me give you some of the best advice a man can get:

Women get mad over really stupid shit. Do not apologize for it. Mostly just ignore it. The woman will seemingly forget all about it and act normal again. Every 6 months or so, she'll bring it back up for literally no reason whatsoever. Ignore that, too. Keep being friendly and lovey-dovey with her. Never get mad about it. Just act like everything's normal and nothing's wrong and she'll stop being a bitch.

Any chance you have attention deficit disorder? The root of ADD and ADHD is an insensitivity to reward. To us boring tasks are draining and feel like punishment, and we tend to hyper-focus on things that feel rewarding and give us instant gratification, like playing Undertale. Even if you're not diagnosed with this I think we all feel it to an extent. One method I've found to cope with this is to play music or podcasts while doing menial tasks like chores, so that I can find some enjoyment in it. Try to find efficient ways to do things so that you're not dragging them out and creating hell fo yourself. With tasks that you can't split your attention on I suggest caffeine, it's a cheap, safe stimulant that's proven to increase focus.

As far as finding motivation, I can't be much help. I'm still figuring out that one myself. Personally, I'm motivated by fear and anxiety. Think about how nobody will love you if you can't get your act together, that's what I do.

One more tip, set small goals for yourself. You're not going to change all at once. Make it your goal to do one achievable task every day, or every weekend if that's easier. "Today I'll do the laundry" or "today I'll apply to a job". Just one thing at a time?

try to understand what you want, this might sound gay, but you must understand yourself to be mature because when you undertand yourself and how fucked up the world is, you will be able to deal with most cituations with "calmness"(is that even a word) and detachment which helps a lot in not fucking up... well thats what did it for me I think, when you find a goal in life you kinda relax about the rest, wich makes it easier to consider your position and the position of others
