Girls care a lot less about this than you think they do. Even ones who want a family/stability, etc. Having stability and enough money to raise a family doesn't mean the two of you have to make a combined 6 figures. It means being comfortable enough to not be living paycheck to paycheck and struggling to raise your kids/meet your familial needs.

If you managed to hit it off with her, by the time her brain would even transition into considering you a long term mate/potential husband, you will have (hopefully) already found your career job. A good woman is going to take at least a year to even start thinking about whether you're worth a damn or not.

I dated a NEET, he was one while I entered the relationship. Make sure you have some other form of achievement than your barista job, some ambition. The economy is bad so it's normal to have crappy jobs every now and then, but the ambition to get out of it should be there. Define "accountant".

You could be an accountant and just send invoices to people or process invoices for your company. You could be responsible for one aspect of the general ledger (say bank reconciliations). These are places where you'd start, probably as an accounting assistant.

Moving up, you'd actually do entries for the books, reconcile accounts, etc... but at this point you'd probably need a degree.

What feels good during vaginal penetration is the inside of the clitoris (what we refer to as the clitoris is just the tip of the iceberg of a cluster of nerves) being pushed up against and essentially grinded from the inside. However it depends on the woman how sensitive the vagina is simply physically speaking. For some women the distance between these nerves and the actual vaginal wall is just too big to properly get off from penetration and if that's the case, you might see some improvement (like with getting her really amped up beforehand) but she's never going to do a 180 and suddenly love penetration.

This is, for the record, a separate issue from difficulties with climaxing. Although they are obviously often related, inability to climax for a lot of women also has to do with relaxation and ability to surrender to the moment. A woman having difficulty finishing from penetration does not necessarily mean that she doesn't love penetration, although if she doesn't obviously that will also make orgasms from it extremely unlikely.

Your size is really big as well. Generally people's perspective get skewed because so many people throw 8" or 9" dicks aorund online. In reality 7.5" is really fucking big and yes not all women will be able to comfortably accomodate you (let alone balls deep). Vaginas are not one size fits all, and them becoming looser with arousal does not mean they stretch endlessly just like dicks do not all grow to be the same size when hard. Last but not least, the ass is much roomier (except for the anus) than a vagina is and can expand to get pretty damn big as long as the woman can properly relax and lean into it. So not really abnormal for the physical part. It also does not surprise me that she prefers it if she's more sensitive there, but this is not really a common thing as far as I know.
