I've once read a story about a young man who was on a track with his grandpa (and brother or cousin). they were on snow shoes in a really big and lonely forest. blablabla. his grandpa has seen something. they ran to the middle of a lake and saw a man with wolves. stayed a night there in the middle of a frozen lake and when they returned something happened (which i've forgotten). i need that whole story (or better, the guy who told it). please answer.

After being on an expedition through England, I found a group of gypsies in the outskirts of Appleby. While I was there, I was searching for strange and interesting books, and one of these gypsies happened to have a mobile library, after I got their permission, I started reading through a few of them. There was this particular book with no cover and a few pages missing, after reading for a while I asked if I could buy this book from them, but they refused. They said that all their books were donated and therefore meant to be kept in the family library.

I returned home once my expedition was over, and during that night I kept thinking about that book I read. Suddenly, I had an epiphany and I felt like my eyes were opened, I went to wash my face, and my reflection in the mirror seemed different from before. I looked the same, but my perception of my reflection changed. Even when I closed my eyes, I felt like I could see through my eyelids, this must be some sort of third eye awakening or something. I'm not really familiar with paranormal stuff.

I was wondering if some of you guys have had any similar experiences? Maybe you acquired this feeling through different circumstances, I want to know all about it. Maybe someone can explain this as well?

Going to the Vatican tomorrow and other places in Rome.

My grandmother is a die hard christian but believes there are 3 masonic lodges bellow. I also like reading space and alien shit and some of her religious things/visions or whatever oddly link up.

Ive been under the vatican for a special tour before since i knew a worker but is there any /x/ shit to look around for or things that hold meaning i might spot as i go around?

Alright so I don’t know whats going on. My mother is an intuitive healer and she’s read many books on numerology, she’s a healer too, really spiritual. (not pot head hippie kind). So maybe that rubbed off me.

First time posting here, as I am usually not into the whole paranormal thing.
However I just read about this urban legend around the "Crying Boy" paintings of Bragolin and how they are supposed to be cursed.
While it seems like one of many myths of this kind, it struck me, because my parents have a copy hanging in their hallway for many years.

Pic related shows the variation at my parent's house. In their case, it is a gobelin tapestry. One of those that come as a set and have to be woven by yourself. I know that my mother bought the set during the 80's and never finished it up until about 10 years ago. It has been hanging on the wall since then.

Any further information about the surroundings of this case?
