In C, you need to write that yourself, which for a short string means picking a random number, and re-rolling it if it's on a list of numbers you've already picked.

Sounds super inefficent, as the programm might get stuck on a number for long times.

Another way you can do it, would be to randomly pick a letter and then store the other 5 letters in a new array to work with, then just repeat this. Can't pick a letter 2 times if it's not for selection the second time.

1.- The domain was created a couple months ago, the site has fine deals but no reviews anywhere on the Internet and not any presence in social networks from what I could investigate without being in any social networks myself. It has less than two dozen visitors a day and it makes a revenue of less than $80 monthly. This revenue doesn't take into account retail sales, so who knows.

2.- The address listed for their retail store is wrong. I assumed that they typed Alabama instead of Texas, so I corrected it to Texas, and even then the address doesn't add up because the CP is wrong. I assumed that they fucked up the CP too and picked a near match for the street and number, and you can see it in the pic related. Does this place look like retail to you? It doesn't to me.

It also lacks commas and dots, and I don't see the name of the representative, although you probably cropped that part. It also doesn't look anything like a legit customer support reply, they usually try to personalize with a template that includes your name and additional info that could be useful (e.g. a link to the manufacturers site and their internal order ID so you could ask the manufacturer about it).
