Guys I need help really bad. I was being a lazy fuck in pirating music and one of the things downloaded was this program 'disease.exe' that made its way onto my computer. It constantly closes out Chrome when I try to do anything, keeps trying to access malicious sites, constantly has MBAM popping up saying it's denying website access. I have no idea what to do, anything will help. I'm contemplating just grenading the partition it's so annoying.

boot your computer in safemode and delete the file (empty recyclebin), check msconfig and disable anything weird, run scans with malwarebytes and Junkware removal tool (it's free)

Storage is cheap. If for whatever reason you can't store it locally, and you really want to keep it, there are cloud storage services that give decent amounts of space for free. MEGA, Google Drive, etc.
Even stuff posted on sites like Youtube can disappear for various reasons like copyright infringement, account deleted, video deleted, etc.

I tried doing exactly what you're doing... got the same result (i use a dark theme, so it does not look good.)
I looked it up and it mentioned "rendering", i also see this talked about on /w/. I suppose "rendering" is supposed to remove these white objects?

Something weird just happened and wondering if I need to see a doctor, or if its nothing. I was just in the bathroom feeling like i needed to vomit so i was on my knees near the toilet (i probrably needed to vomit because I just drank some pepsi) and then I started to get dizzy next thing I know I can't see anything and my mind is flooded with thoughts that are incoherent. next thing I notice in lying on the floor for what feels like 3-4 minutes. Is this just blood rushing to my head or something?

My computer crashed while gaming (black screen) and then failed to reboot and I had to hold down the power button to shut it down.
After I turned it on it crashed twice while idling but if I keep it off by an hour it goes back to normal and wont crash while idle but if I try to play a game again it crashes once more.
My specs are:
Motherboard: Gygabyte F2A88XM-D3H
Processor: Amd A8 6600k
Graphics card: Amd R7 260x
Ram: Hyper x 8gb
All of this is powered by a 650w power supply.
Could this problem be related to overheating?
Or maybe my build lacks more energy?

If that's the case, get a better cooler/fan. can you post a picture of the inside of the tower?.
Turn on the computer and get a picture of the temps with speccy to post like this...
