I dont know why this is happening
when loading videos recently black errors are on the screen. Pic related sometimes its more of the screen
it goes away after a few seconds but its annoying and I would like to fix the problem
using the lastest chrome

I also have occasional hiccups during games and videos as well, possibly happening all the time but I dont notice it because im not watching continuous streams

Which is best for a computer that might already be infected with malware? Should I download a portable malware scanner or use an "online scanner?" I'm not looking to actually install anything. Any brand recommendations?

Well I would assume as long as I download the newest version of a portable scanner like say Comodo Cleaning Essentials or something similar it comes with the newest updates. I have a windows 8 tablet I never use and a double sided flash drive (has both regular usb and micro-usb male ends) so i would update the flash drive with the newest version before using it on the desktop PC I intend to run the scan on.

I'm unable to find anything that doesn't involve grueling command line shit that I'm not capable of.
Alternatively, I'd be open to someone with the knowledge and free time to take hashes I provide and solve them for me.

What I did was I got a PS2 emulator and downloaded the ROM equivalent (i forget what they're called). I actually did that for this exact game. Great franchise. idk if you prefer xbox or ps, but because I'm PS I downloaded a program that makes windows think your ps4 (or ps3) controller is an xbox controller. So it's like the OG ps2 experience. But if you prefer keyboard and mouse, I think the emulator lets you configure that however you like. It's been a couple years since I was into the whole emulating thing. I know the files can be hard to come by, as there's a bunch of shut downs to direct download sites. But check any torrent site. I think thats where I got THUG 2, as it was a hard one to find.
