So i just bought a new entire pc
Amd Fx 8350 black edition
Msi 970
Msi GTX 1060 GAMING X 6GB DDR5
Avexir DDR3 4GB 1600Mhz Core red x2
Windows 7 64bits
i finish installed all drivers and dowloaded gta v, just to se how awesome is was to play all in 1080p, and the only thing i got it was 30fps, and in others games like league i just barely get 60 fps, what could it be? can some one help me plz, its the first ever pc that i build my self

Gaming at 1080p is a meme, you'll get low FPS no matter what you have.
Make sure you don't have V-Sync turned on for League. V-Sync locks games at 60fps
Also, I suggest going into your BIOS and turning off "AMD Turbo Core". It just overheats an idle CPU.

a GTX 1080 would guarantee 1080p in GTA 5, and turning on V sync will only "lock it to 60fps" if your computer is running it at over 60fps consistently. as soon as it doesn't have enough power to go above 60fps, you will be dropped down to something like 30 FPS.
your GTX 1060 is just not powerful enough to run GTA 5 any better, and LoL.

I seriously hope it's not. Generally when bad sectors start popping it's time to get a new one but sometimes the drive can get them early on it's life and work for years without issue. Besides your drive has almost a billion sectors if im not mistaken so 3 isn't really that much. So do this >>213183 or if you feel intrepid and already have a backup you can perform a long self test with Seagate Seatools for DOS.

Hey guys, I recently downloaded league of legends, and I have an issue. For some reason, although I start with 150 fps, it quickly goes down(in like 5 10 minutes) to 10-15. Other games are fine, and I have an R9 390x, 6700k, and an ASUS MAXIMUS HERO VIII, so specs aren't an issue. Any idea what it might be?

Ya i just updated them yesterday because I thought they might be the issue. and I just found something interesting. I was getting the same 10-15 fps whether my video settings were on minimum or max, so its almost like i have a hard limit, but fps is uncapped in the settings.

for the past couple of days a person (who signed her name as Mauren Bingham in one of her emails apparently) has been using my account to contact someone else about buying a house. she/him/it is having an ongoing conversation with someone else in my inbox that has nothing to do with me and it's freaking me out. i just changed my gmail password to something t̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶i̶s̶n̶'̶t̶ ̶a̶s̶ ̶r̶e̶t̶a̶r̶d̶e̶d̶ ̶a̶s̶ ̶m̶y̶ ̶o̶l̶d̶ ̶p̶a̶s̶s̶w̶o̶r̶d̶ more secure but is that not enough or do i have to do something else? or am i just screwed?

(im kinda confused tho, once i saw that the hacker signed one of her emails with her real name i thought that maybe the hacker is mistakenly using my account somehow, but the person the hacker is contacting has referred to the hacker with MY name and the hacker hasn't spoken as if thats a problem. A long time ago, some German guy with the same firstname/lastname set my Gmail account to receive copies of all his emails. He had no control over my account whatsoever, he just happened to stupidly use my gmail without really understand what he was doing.
In unrelated cases, I also receive notifications when some random guy, with whom I share a name, decides to register somewhere. Once in a great while, I'll receive emails from people to wom he has mistakenly given my email address as his contact.
Is this what's going on?

I recently purchased a Dell Inspirion 5755 laptop w/AMD quad-core processor and 12gig RAM, and I've been experiencing slight stuttering when streaming movies and music.
I've tried updating my drivers but that hasn't solved the problem. I don't think it's a hardware issue, I've ran a diagnostic and everything seems to check out fine.
Any advice would greatly be appreciated.
P.s please enjoy this grilled-cheese and bacon sammich

The protagonist looks like and is smart like Light (from Death note) except the manga is a comedy. There is a danger of a meteor? falling onto earth, so to avoid this, certain tasks must be done. The first one was cleared after protagonist kancho's an old man (because the first task was to kancho 100 people). Then the old man loses his memory and the protagonist has to complete future challenges to prevent Earth's destruction.

Remember it is comedy (in a cool way).
The protagonist has to solve challenges issued to him by phone before the time limit (or else world end). As stated before, he is highly intelligent. The next challenge he has to complete involves stealing a girl's underclothing. This girl is not ordinary, I think she is also smart. So she may try to thwart him later (like L).
Also many readers compares Light 2.0's reaction as to Light's. I even thought it was by Death Note's author.

Fraps is pretty reputable when it comes to screen recording. I'm guessing the reason is because it's just basically well programmed and optimized. usually bigger bloatier programs aren't as good as the simpler ones.
How come you aren't fraps anymore?. You want to try another program then until you run into one that is as efficient as fraps.
Also Have you tried encoding to mpeg2? what exactly are the specifics of the settings you're recording too?.
Are you doing full screen?. custom area?.
