Sitting at inlaws for holiday, trying to use the network. It keeps cycling between 2.2Mbs network speed to 0.1, and then (WAN connected) but no internet. Then recycles after 15 minutes.
How do I diagnose where in the network the problem is? ( Before I just go cycle the router, I want to learn)
Ping works fine when it's up, and then obviously can't find the host when it's down.
I have access to a win10 machine right now, and a galaxy6 phone.

Looking for an anime that I watched probably 6 or 7 years ago. It's a kid living in a comfy little cabin and he has this kind of sentient machine thing serving him as a caretaker. Only it doesn't really look like a machine, it's like this blue jelly thing and it has a funny voice and up-beat personality.
There end up being lots of these sentient machines throughout the show and they all have their own weird appearances and personalities. I specifically remember a point in the show, maybe 6 episodes in, where it takes a really weird dark turn. There's like a group of people all praying at some altar and a military group charges in and slaughters them all.
I think the title of the anime had the word "Bit" or "Bits" in it but I'm not sure. If you know what I'm talking about please tell me what it's called, I really want to watch it again.

I think so? They don't fight or anything, but they're kind of like personal servants, like butlers and housemaids and stuff. I remember the kid says he is able to live alone as a child because the blue thing basically takes care of him.
Sorry it's hard to describe this anime because it's such a strange anime. I remember being completely bewildered while watching it. That's why I want to watch it again.
So I watch a bit of Sword Art Online, but I dropped it after the first battle where the main character became an unbearable faggot. I liked everything up and before that, but that main character is everything I hate about anime. Is there any anime that replicate the same feel of the beginning, but pulls it off.

No, see I am perfectly aware of Hokusai's Great Wave, but if you actually look closely, this one is tinted purple and has styrofoam cups instead of boats, as a nice little tongue-in-cheek reference to codeine which is something I find delightfully ironic and I really appreciate, especially considering how lean caters to rapers and thugs and I am a white ass art student

so, i know itll involve a screen capture program like fraps, but which program would you recommend?
and how do i make the recorded video not include a bunch of video with the netflix hud captured along with the video?
and is there a way to avoid that bit of low res video they send you when you first start streaming something, and get 1080p the whole way through?

Properly ripping?
For SD video there the IOS method (I'm not to sure how its done), which grabs the actual file behind.
But correctly ripping HD requires a lossless capture card, a HDMI splitter (with a HDCP stripper) and a lot of spare time (and thats why only a few groups do it). This is done in conjunction with a TV app or PS3/4 with the netflix app.

I take an ssri (lexapro), have been smoking weed quite a bit over this week and last, had ketamine laced weed 4 days ago, a tab of lsd 2 weeks ago, and have been drunk for a short while just today.

DONT mix SSRI's with other drugs. Shouldn't even take St. Johns wart. Make a decision, SSRI's or street drugs.
If you quit SSRI's, don't do it suddenly, you could have sezures and worse shit. Again talk to your doctor about stopping, even if you don't tell him why, so he can ween you off. Make it clear that you're going to stop with or without his help.
The trip back from SSRI's can be an unpleasent one, so be prepared.
Or you could quit street drugs.
