I can't go to a doctor because this may land me in jail maybe.
for the past 4 days I have been feeling dizzy but not the room spinning kind, euphoric, wobbling all over the lace like I am drunk, and unable to focus on things or hold a thought without writing it out, these are more noticed by me when I am moving around like turning my head.
I take an ssri (lexapro), have been smoking weed quite a bit over this week and last, had ketamine laced weed 4 days ago, a tab of lsd 2 weeks ago, and have been drunk for a short while just today.
What is this and how do I gain myself back

SSRI don't mix well with other drugs. Pot for sure don't know about ketamine... never mind, looked it up, not good.

See a doctor if it gets worse. He'll likely chew your ass but privacy laws prevent him from sharing medical info with law enforcement except in certian cirmstances.(US)

DONT mix SSRI's with other drugs. Shouldn't even take St. Johns wart. Make a decision, SSRI's or street drugs.
If you quit SSRI's, don't do it suddenly, you could have sezures and worse shit. Again talk to your doctor about stopping, even if you don't tell him why, so he can ween you off. Make it clear that you're going to stop with or without his help.
The trip back from SSRI's can be an unpleasent one, so be prepared.
Or you could quit street drugs.

doctors cannot turn you into the police for using illegal drugs.
