1 short beep usually means memory problems. Try with 1 single memory stick in the different slots, then install the remaining ones if you have them.
Try clearing CMOS, removing the battery for a short while and try again.
If everything fails, you'll have to go over everything. Only leave CPU, cooler and VGA plugged in. Check all the connections. If it boots and you have access to the BIOS, try installing your hardrives and other peripherals.

Unless your PSU is a generic one or it's barely above the minimum requirement, you should be fine.

You're better off just watching stuff you think looks interesting and developing your own sense of taste. If nothing looks interesting to you then why are you wasting your time with anime? Get a hobby you actually enjoy.

If you want some specific recommendations I'd be happy to help. Just tell me what genres you like and any other information you feel would help find stuff you're interested in.

it has humor, it has a serious side, at one point Rinko is partly transformed into a cow-girl, Akutabe is The Dude, and the version i downloaded was subtitled by a /b/tard. excellent translation with useful footnotes, but.. heavy on the swearing.

I enjoy stories that maintain an engaging pace but can still have great detail. Genre-wise: I tend to like Psychological Thrillers, romance (either as the main plot or as a subplot), action, social commentary or metaphor.

You've already got some "classics" in your PTW, and that you've seen already.
If you want to add more, just find the people or studios involved and look at the other stuff they've done.

I did do a state diagram but I'm not going to use it because it's way too big for this type of problem. It would be much easier to use behavioral logic to describe the system in a few lines as opposed to writing code for each state switch. I just don't understand how to have two different counters in the same always block that get triggered based on some inputs.

How old are you/when was your childhood? Do you remember when you saw it? Was it animated or live action?

It was Animated, I dont remember if it was in a Cartoon style of drawing or a more ANime like style, I'm 24 at the moment, but it's way older then me, it might be from the 70's to 80' that it was released

This should be your clue that university is not for you yet.

Go take a year out, get a job, get some real-world experience, meet people, and work out what you want to do. If you can afford it, get a young-persons' work visa in a country you're interested in (if you can't think of one, pick Australia or an EU country (because you can work in any EU country on one EU country's visa)).

Once you've figured out what you do want to do, you'll know what degree you need to do it, and the form will write itself.

You only get one go at this. Don't waste it on something you don't care about.

If you want to major in physics, you can talk about the particular area that interests you. And your plans to continue into a researching area. You want to use university as step to achieve your goal. If you have a topic you like (ie fluid dynamics), check to see if someone in the University specialises in that area, which will suggest why your there,
it's fair to just state that If you can't get in, you will look to see what's available to you, but keep that university a priority.

You might be able to see topics for the classes online as well, so that's a reason to select a particular university.

I know what I want to do. I simply want to learn. Nothing else. I don't have any ambitions regarding jobs or starting a family etc.

Fact is, I only care about attending the classes and work as a researcher. But during admission, Unis want you to tell them what you want to do after graduation.

But I simply want to learn. And once I graduate I want to keep myself involved in research. Maybe as a lab assistant, or even become a researcher. Or maybe even become a teacher.

I know for sure that that's what I want. I just can't seem to stretch it out.

A Uni will never take me in if I say "I just want to learn" will they? They want people who wants to integrate into society and work.

I can write thousands of words about any subject but whenever it is about something related to me, I just can't get my brain going. I had that problem for a long time TbH
