I threw my PC on the floor, most of it survived because fractal cases are amazing, but my storage HDD is fucked.
When I try to use it I get a clicking noise.
I removed the thing now and while I'm waiting for a new HDD to arrive I want to find ways to restore/backup as much of the data as possible.
What are some good approaches?

If it clicks you are fucked, on no circumstances should you continue to use it or power it on or you risk losing everything.
If you are lucky it is still possible to simply remove the platters and add it to another drive of the same design.
However, this is almost impossible to pull off without a professional clean room, so if that data is very valuable I'd suggest paying the usual 50-150 bucks for a 50/50 chance on professional file recovery. If that is too much money, then accept the fact that the data is gone.

I'm specifically looking for Nanodesu's translation, since the quality of their previous Oreimo novels was way better than Baka-Tsuki's.

I am trying to get the pattern/outline from this design but whenever I tinkered with it the loops and lines have too many nodes.
Could someone smooth it out for me please, the outside lines/loops that is? I am trying to make the shirt design into a decal for my brother for Christmas (i have a vinyl cutter). I will be replacing the writting and font so the only part that interests me really is the pattern.
I am Gimp that i was trying to use to clean it up but frankly it's a bit over my head at this point.

Ok so I have been looking all day for a manga about an older woman married to a younger guy, He is in his early 20's at most (if not a highschool student). The manga is about their everyday life but follows the much older wife on her daily life around the apartment, meeting neighbours and waiting for her husband to get home.

Dear 4chan,
I am solving a math task and due to the current time I have troubles to put more brain power into this.
So I got from z2 + (2 + 2i)z - 1 + 2i = 0
to z2 + (1 + i)2 - 1 = 0
My question is, if I am right with my assumption, do I put it as z1,2 = +- sqrt (1 + i)2 - 1
or z1,2 = +- sqrt 2i - 1 ?
If I am completely wrong, any hint where I fail?

So I started a thread a little while ago requesting any possible way to access an old Kare 11 story that had been removed from their website. Nobody had any information to give me, so I sought answers through actually contacting Kare 11, and then the company they redirected me to, NorthStar Media. When I did so, they replied with this email, saying a 3 minute video will cost $125 plus shipping and handling. It seems they have a monopoly on Kare 11 videos. What should I do, anons? I don't have the type of absurd wealth I'd need to find $125 an appropriate price for a 3 minute long video.

I bought my Wii in the US and have recently moved to Argentina. When I tried to plug it in, it worked fine for about 10 minutes before the console shut itself off automatically and couldn't be powered on again for quite some time. I also noticed that it was hot to the touch. What do I need to get it to work in Argentina? Do I need an adapter? And if so, what kind?
Also same question for a PS4.

You need a local Wii PSU.
Nintendo cuts corners, and their PSUs are 110v or 220v, not 110v-240v like everyone else's.
You need a 220v PSU to match the 220v mains found in Entire-Rest-Of-Worldia.

Doesn't matter now anymore probaly fried ur Wii. USA has lower AC power output then the rest of the world so when you use a cheap converter you risk damaging your electronics. Most f the time beyond repair...
