how to properly rip from netflix?

Properly ripping?
For SD video there the IOS method (I'm not to sure how its done), which grabs the actual file behind.
But correctly ripping HD requires a lossless capture card, a HDMI splitter (with a HDCP stripper) and a lot of spare time (and thats why only a few groups do it). This is done in conjunction with a TV app or PS3/4 with the netflix app.

no way to do it directly on pc?

why ps3/ps4 specifically?

You can do it on PC, but the quality is going to be lower as your just recording the screen. The previous information I gave is the way the more serious groups do it.

Yeah I'm not going to be too much help more, if you are on private trackers just ask on them as they'll have more knowledgeable users.
However 6teen is also available on tubitv (some free streaming site which you can rip from with youtube-dl without an account), but its retardedly tagged and ordered, and missing season 4 (so you'll have to stick with the rips by CCL).
