I have since launch

an 800 dollar price point tacked on to the price of a computer that is VR ready (~1300 bucks) and than on top of that theres really no games worth the price

Hardly any games.
I stopped being in denial and tossed my PSVR in the closet a few weeks ago.

I'll start using it again when Superhot VR comes out though.

It's an impossible sell. You can't show someone what VR is like unless they've got the damn thing on their head. You can't take the output and just broadcast it to people because it looks like any vidya now only a bit off. You can't hire actors to smile and laugh and pretend to bowl like it was the wii. The wii did well because the consumer could look at a family playing wii sports on tv and think, "Yeah, that could be our family." Nobody is going to look at some asshole flailing around with a bucket strapped to their face and want to be them.

Because they overestimate their brain functions and try and play characters that require skill, unlike you who knows you're braindamaged thats why you play healers or rein.

Honestly if Sega took every single Zone from Sonic 1 - Sonic 3 and remade it for 2D & 3D gameplay like seen in Sonic Generations, I'd be all over that.


Anyways in terms of Sonic Mania, i played the demo and liked it. Very excited for its release.
