I'm not really sure right now to be honest. I don't feel like I have enough information to call end game even remotely accurately right now. To be fair, and this is my opinion only, I think it does have something to do with birthing therapy or being reborn, but, not in the sense where it's tied back to that tragic story involving the little girl being smothered.
