NuDoom isn't moddable, but isntead has a shitty level editor.
Older Doom games even have mods based on NuDoom like D4D and D4T, in which you can decide whether or not you'd want glory kills.

Two major flaws kept this game from being good:
>No fleshed out single player campaign like say River City Ransom
>No chaotic item-based FFA multiplayer mode for 3-4 players like say Smash Bros
The two are complementary too, since an item system would be great in single player as well as 3+ FFA, just not competitive 1v1
