Look I'm trying to be objective about this but isn't the accessory requirements for the Switch kind of a rip off?
I've just never heard of a console where you have to buy the controller that actually works properly separately or where you have to buy a stand so you can actually play your device while it charges
I mean it just adds up
Pro Controller - $70
Stand - $50
Screen Protector - $15
Ethernet adapter - $30
Case - $30
Charging Grip - $40
etc
You could get like 4 games instead. No shitposting please, everytime I want to buy a Switch I'm just reminded of the huge hidden pay wall and all the extra shit you have to buy on the side to compensate for trying to meld consoles and handhelds together, it's just not a fully thawed out concept at this stage in my opinion and is still being held back by a profit driven accessory scam.

I just beat pic related for the first time, started playing it because everyone on here always claims it's the best 3D zelda. This is simply, truly the WORST 3d Zelda.
First of all it's super short, the time travel mechanic is just there to actually give you the illusion that the game is long, but this is factually the shortest 3d Zelda out there. It also has what's pretty much the longest intro (and most boring one), the dungeons are shit because they're all super short, they were all designed to be cleared in like 20 minutes because of the time travel mechanic.

A living proof that Nintendo fans will say that any sort of variety is automatically good. They claim skull kid is "one of the best villains in the series" simply because he isn't ganon or vaati, but we literally know jack shit about skullkid asides from the fact he's a skullkid and likes to fuck around like most of them.
And lastly: I simply feel this game suffered from "the hobbit syndrome" where the plot/setting isn't very interesting because it feels overshadowed by the previous entry in the saga.
So remind me exactly why do you guys love this?

Thematically it is the best Zelda game, I don't know how anyone could argue against that much. Sure a lot of the mechanics are flawed and annoying but overall it's still a good game. Man some of the side stuff is tedious though god damn. And btw of you didn't collect all the masks you didn't really beat it.

Give me an RPG where I can just go off the rails at any moment. By that I mean I can just start brutally murdering my teammates and important people at any moment and it noticeably has an impact on the story. Fallout and Oblivion are not what I'm looking for. I feel like there's no games out that have this option and think it would be fun to see it implemented. Lots of variety and stream bait
