Heroes. Most of the gatcha is full of shitty units or units that you can't use but have a useful ability to pass on, and because of the PVP it's pay-to-win as fuck as new, better units come out.
FGO has shitty rates, but you pull for your waifu, and by the time you get it you've got enough tools to deal with literally everything in the game. And if you don't? Some of the best units in the game are all 1 and 2-star that come out of the free friend-point summons, and the rest of them are great in context aside from a few shitters.
That's right, one game has 2/3 of the cast completely useless garbage and an ongoing power-creep enforced by half the game content being versus other players, and the other one doesn't give a fuck and put some of their best units in the free pile. Guess which one has a worse gatcha.

1. Do you have Ace of Spades installed?
If not, use the mediafire link above
2. If you have aos installed, do you have the Build n Shoot client?
If you have the bns client, you need to delete bns and aos, then reinstall aos
3. If you checked all these off and connection is still not working, do you have version .54?
If not, you need to delete that aos than install the aos from above
