No, at least not with PPSSPP. One of the key things that PPSSPP and JPCSP couldn't get working was A-traks from Sony. This made some games have no music or sound like Monster Hunter Freedom Unite for instance.

It's been a while, but I'm pretty sure that's not true. Originally they made the user get an atrac3+ decoder from a different Sony program, and then hooked that to decode. There was no public documentation on the format, but REing the official .dll and adding support to the emulator would have been perfectly legal, but they didn't do it because it was too hard, pretty sure the jPCSP team tried and failed. FFMPEG was the one who eventually reversed it and added support, so now PPSSPP and jPCSP use FFMPEG as a dependency to decode atrac3+.

How fucking hard can it be to emulate playstation stuff and psp titles
I tried to play ratchet and clank on pcsx2, the most updated and current dev kit, and it constantly runs at 75% unless I point the camera at the ground or the sky.
Meanwhile, dolphin gives me 60 fps and plays whatever fucking game I want, except spiderman 2 runs at 27. That game is just poorly optimized.
The shitty psp emulator doesnt even run because it says I need java. I go to the exact link it tells me too, download that version and still says I need java.
I will never play sony games, will I?

The only issue I ever had was that I couldnt progress in chrono trigger because it cant take 3 button imputs at once,
which you need during that "password" part in the future to open a door
I had to get around it by using a walk anywhere cheat, then disabling it to play normally.
Also another event couldn't trigger in the underwater base when a platform was supposed to comeup from the lava.
Sure enough, I youtubed it and I needed the cheatcode again.

I can connect my controller via BT to my android TV and play pretty much every console game up to PSP @4K, possibly even GC/Wii soon with the advancements of the android version and Vulkan renderer. It's just more convenient than carry over my desktop or plug in my latop and change all the settings over to a different resolution and fucking around with having to re-arrange my desktop shortcuts back after resolution change. It's not like I paid extra for it, every TV is "smart" nowadays anyway.
