Are you ready for the JRPG of the generation?
>>375740498
Already played it.
Gen 8.5? Or Gen 8?
I really don't think it will come out this year. They haven't shown much and it's been less than 3 years since the last Xeno game. It will probably be delayed until 2018.

is this still worth playing? it was going to shit last time i played a couple years ago
I just bought a brand new, sealed in box PS4 Pro for 260€, and immediatly sold it for 320€ in a shop. Did I fug up? Was planning to build a new PC but now I kind of want it back, dont have that much time to pc game and a casul console may be a good bet?
>dont have time for pc games
>would have time for console games
>>375740314
You know damn well console games are a plug and play, sit your ass down and play 30min affair.
Pc gaming involves the time consuming ritual of checking your email, losing 1h on 4chan, forgetting what you were going to do, etc
>>375740160
You did great, now get a PS4 slim.
The pro was a meme, only people who defend it are those who bought it.
Is a PS2 hard drive worth buying? What can I do with it?
>>375740138
if you mod your PS2 you can put every single PS2 game on it
You can play FFXI ten years ago
>>375740198
But don't ISOs have inconsistent quality?
Trying to think of a game but I can't remember what it's called.
>Horror game set in a hotel
>Blocky cartoon animal characters kinda like Animal Crossing
>There's a character that carries a giant needle around
It might have been on the PS2 or Gamecube
>>375740129
>Platypus Planet
>Asteroid to wipe it out in 100 years
>Plan to travel to Earth
>MCs make shit to have enough food and water to make the journey
It was a flash game or something
>>375740129
I dont have a name but the youtuber Pan Pizza Rebel Taxi reviewed it
>>375740129
Remember this from an OPS2 review

Story details
There is a questline planned to be in the Argus patch, that involves a hooded figure, largely hinted at to be Kel'thuzad, who wants you to recover an artifact called the Soulblade of Sargeras, a pillar of creation. This artifact has control over souls and undeath, it is what Sargeras uses to resurrect his demons and it is what Kil'jaeden used to create the Lich King.
Another questline is taking place on Azeroth, where the player (Alliance only) is finding a grave in Stormwind empty. The grave has a Lordaeron symbol on it and is largely hinted to have been Arthas' grave,

Similar to the cutscene with Gul'dan discovering Illidan, there will be a short cutscene that ties the expansions together. The cutscene is still in development, but I have seen the art for it, currently it is planned that you see Kel'thuzad and undead forces, Death Knights etc., approaching the top of Icecrown Citadel, standing in front of Bolvar, Kel'thuzad uses the Soulblade of Sargeras to tear Bolvar's spirit from his body, his body turns to ash and crumbles, the crown falling to the floor. Immediately the Death Knights carry in something, that's covered up in sheets. They lay it on the floor and remove the sheets to reveal Arthas' body. Kel'thuzad puts the crown on Arthas head and uses the Soulblade of Sargeras to summon the soul of Arthas, putting it back into his body. The camera focusses on Arthas face, you can see it twitching and then his eyes spring open, glowing blue, like back when he first became the Lich King. That's where the cinematic ends.
- Old zones completely changed
- Borean Tundra: flooded by the Naga, barely any undead there
- Dragonblight: Dragonflights struggling, losing to the Scourge, undead dragons roam the area
- Howling Fjord: old Vrykul and Alliance and Horde bases overtaken by Scourge
- Grizzly Hills: wolf cult joined the Scourge, led by Arugal
- Sholazar Basin: Titan-forged that slumbered beneath the land have awakened
- Zul'Drak: undead Drakkari trolls try to resurrect their Loa, fighting against the Scourge
- Storm Peaks: Odyn has moved in to the Terrace of the Makers, Twilight's Hammer wants to resurrect Yogg-Saron
- Icecrown: the Scourge has fortified their strongholds, more Scourge presence here than ever
- Wintergrasp: new world PvP zone, two Ethereal cartels are battling over resources here
- Crystalsong Forest: very minor changes, zone remains mainly the same, not a lot of quests will lead here
- Currently 10 new dungeons planned

Now that we are finally getting some concrete sales figures for the Nintendo Switch in Japan, it’s clear that the new console has done well. So well in fact, it outsold the PS4 in the same space of time.
To back this up with some figures, the Switch has managed 519,504 sales in the four weeks since its launch at the start of March. By contrast, in the first four weeks of the PS4’s launch it only amassed 439,810 sales in Japan. In fact, it took the PS4 eight weeks to reach 519,773 sales here.
The Xbox Scorpio is certainly going to be a shockwave to the market. But Sony risks alienating their fanbase if they keep pumping out new and upgraded consoles like they’re phone models. They just told their biggest fans that PS4 Pro was the wave of the future and the best way to play PlayStation games going forward. Putting a relevancy shelf life on that system of just two years, when not that long ago, people used to own consoles for 7, 8 year stretches of time, may be a bridge too far. Not to mention that marketing for this thing would have to spool up right after this next holiday at the latest, which would barely be a year after Sony convinced everyone to buy a PS4 Pro. I just don’t see that happening.
Rip sony. So this is why the shills from neogaf are going so hard lately...
I'm glad we're finally done with the Memestation Bore. Nintendo always wins, baby.
