Do you think this will be any good? The artstyle is horrendous but maybe they will stick closer to the Carl Barks stories.

seriously?
Also, DuckTales was never about being close to Carl Barks stories, it was full of OC like nebby, launchpad, that fat maid duck. And Donald was hardly in any episodes.
It was still great though, because it captured the sense of wonder and exploration of the best Barks stories. But maybe thats what you meant.

Hardly. He was based af
>would've dived straight after elizabeth if his men hadn't stopped him
>immediately starts a search for her after she gets captured
>gracefully accepted that elizabeth loved will and let them be together even though it hurt that she didn't love him back
>gives jack a day's head start
>joins up with jack even though he ruined his career in the navy
>regrets stealing the heart and siding with beckett after it causes the death of elizabeth's father
>sacrifices himself to save elizabeth
What are your favorite movies where a woman/women are the bad guys?
The obvious and only good answer
How is she a villain? Pedophile Nicholson comes and starts fucking shit up in the ward and she handled the situation accordingly.
>Movie has a female villain
>Male hero can't fight her because it's "wrong"
>Female side character comes in and says "I've got no problem hitting her!"
>Male hero stands there dumbfounded
>Arrive to new region
>Bring horse to a halt
>Say name of region outloud
>Continue riding towards the city
*farts away*

Yes.
It's a lazy attempt at a throwback to edgy, scathing 90s C4 programming, but it'll be shit because the current counter political movement is about as acid-tounged as a dead snake drowned in milk

FAAATHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR!
daily reminder that overexposure to the internet has rewired your brain to think of reality in terms of "memes" and "upvotes"
Does anyone remember watching that one episode of The Screen Savers where they talked about the special effects used in Jeepers Creepers 2?
They discussed the school bus chase scene in the corn field. A French company called Boujou2 was used for matchmoving the creature to minimize CGI float.
Why doesn't anyone use this technique anymore?
Look at this shit here >>79193507
That entire movie, and all of other Marvel films is full CGI float. And not just Marvel, plenty of other huge blockbusters have this issue. Fury Road suffered from this, Star Trek had this issue. Star Wars Prequel were plagued by this as well.
Films like the Matrix sequels used other techniques to mask their shitty matchmoving, most notable the APU close ups.
Boujou2 can analyze the film grain, and map the effects to them so that they dont float around.
This is the only resource I found of that video

As someone who enjoyed all of Charlie Kaufmans previous efforts this film was pretty fucking shit, to be honest.
Is he only going to write poop movies from now on?
>>79194153
Agreed, no idea how he shat out something so mediocre after Synecdoche. Apparently it was adapted from a play, and tbqh it probably should have stayed a play.
Reminder that cinema is just a series of static images creating the illusion of movement over time
