NRG stuff is mostly pretty good. Their wheels are hit or miss, and aside from some minor QC issues I've had no problems with it. The quick release I've found no faults in.

Momo has quick releases too but I can't find any on their site and I'm pretty sure the ones I see on eBay are fakes.
