Shows some statistics on race in the justice system. Things like blacks receiving longer sentences for the same crimes, or being more likely to be arrested for marijuana possession despite similar levels of use. /pol/ can talk all they want about dindus committing more crime but the fact is there is a strong racial bias in our court system and among the police.
That link also has some numbers on gender, note the OP is police planting drugs on black MEN. We usually don't talk about sexism here because it doesn't fit the narrative, but sexism against men in our justice system is on the same level as racism against blacks.

Cannabis use is associated with improved outcomes in opioid-dependent subjects undergoing outpatient treatment, according to data published online ahead of print in the journal Drug and Alcohol Dependence.
Researchers at Columbia University assessed the use of cannabinoids versus placebo in opioid-dependent subjects undergoing in-patient detoxification and outpatient treatment with naltrexone, an opiate receptor antagonist. Investigators reported that the administration of oral THC (dronabinol) during the detoxification process lowered the severity of subjects’ withdrawal symptoms compared to placebo, but that these effects did not persist over the entire course of treatment. By contrast, patients who consumed herbal cannabis during the outpatient treatment phase were more readily able to sleep, were less anxious, and were more likely to complete their treatment as compared to those subjects who did not.
“One of the interesting study findings was the observed beneficial effect of marijuana smoking on treatment retention,” authors concluded. “Participants who smoked marijuana had less difficulty with sleep and anxiety and were more likely to remain in treatment as compared to those who were not using marijuana, regardless of whether they were taking dronabinol or placebo.”

Airstrikes always hurt civilians. They may hit strategic targets, but they will always produce collateral damage.
With the IS, there are barely any strategic targets. The whole place is a shit-hole. You can't do war against that unless you decide to kill every single person in that area.
War is done against real and organized nations. When you show a real leader that his troops have no chance of winning left then he can surrender and use his influence to stop his machinery of war.
With the IS that can't happen.

Refugees with infectious diseases as well as mentally ill patients will be assessed and admitted into Canada with the refugee program, Canadian health minister said in an interview.
This is on the back of taxpayer funded health care.

There's a current political divide in Transnistria after it was cut off from Russia in the Ukrainian civil war. Economical hardships the region is facing made the current president, Evgheni Shevciuk accuse the oligarchs who own the monopoly over the entire region via company Sheriff of illegal privatization of "state" industries.
Russian press is bad mouthing Shevciuk that he is doing a poor job at leading his country, and it seems he won't be in power for long
