albums that are praised mostly because of their lyrics
>I'm a black star
>I'm a star star
So deep
>>69612316
that's the point
he didn't even need to make it deep
just sing about your death before dying, and it's gonna be remembered as one of your best albums
Nah I loved the instrumentation on that album
>that key change in blackstar
I read through the sticky, but I'm curious about how the average /mu/tant generally listens to music when they're at home. By this I mean, what type of headphones/speakers do you use, how do you acquire the music itself etc?
Right now, I'm generally using
>Tidal HIFI
>Steinheiser HD 598 Cs
>Fiio E10k DAC/Amplifier
If this setup is shit I'm more than happy to hear suggestions.
>Tidal
>can't spell Sennheiser
I use whatever headphones I can afford and listen off of my laptop.
Need a vintage rig for the full experience.

Have you experienced these fine works of art?

These are all terrible
1.) The illiad was better
2.) Self-Titled VU was better
3.) Seven Samurai was dogshit
4.) Half Life Blue Shift was the real work of art
>>69612230
Ya.
The Odyssey was an interesting read just to see how much modern day literature as well a as film is influenced by it. VU is a good album, Sunday Morning is one of my favorite songs. Seven Samurai is incredible, but Ikuru is my personal favorite Kurosawa fim. I've never played half-life.
If I had to make a chart like this though, it'd be:
Karamazov Brothers
Elliott Smith - s/t
The Seventh Seal
Runescape
>The perfect rap lyricist doesn't exis-
