I don't think you can get any but that ROM these days.
It's a fun series and the last level is beastishly diffcult, mostly because of its length.

I've been reading UC Gundam manga spinoffs recently and it got me thinking. Were there any spinoffs that focus on civilian population, social problems and other not "giant robots fight giant robots" stuff?
Since OYW is regarded as a greatest tragedy during which 1/2 of population perished (several billions!) there should be a lot of interesting stories to tell about how people cope with it and what government does to ease a blow on population, economy, industry and so on.
Though, I think, it is hard to sell plastic toys with such stories.

The second part of the Thunderbolt manga, and in special his side story: Sean The Sand Rat, kind of cover the matter. In the sand rat story some characters comment how, because of the radical decrease in the male population because the war, polygamy became common again. Some Federation military stragglers became local warlords or just marauders. And there is the whole deal of the South Seas Alliance getting stronger and more independent because the Federation was left weaker by the war, and many people desperately clinging into a fanatical religion of salvation in the chaotic post war scenario.

Build a kit of your choice that's heavily armored, and thick in the thighs/arms/torso/general area. Examples include:

It's short and alright. The best parts are basically the characters being pretty fun because you're not going in for a deep plot or amazing animation.

Is there an /m/ approved Gundam watch guide?
I think I saw an image years ago but my computer from back then is dead.
Specifically I'm asking whether there's a guide for the best version for each series (like how the original had those three movies summarising the plot) and which series is part of which timeline and stuff, and which is "essential viewing".
I'm pretty new to Gundam (I've watched both Build Fighters series and a bit of 00) so any help would be appreciated.
