I need help. I'm a Trump convert that lives in a very liberal city and I think I see what's coming down the line. I've never fired a gun before but I want to become proficient quickly. What's the best beginner setup I can buy for reliability and ease of maintenance? Should I buy a handgun, shotgun, and a rifle, or some other combination? What's the best way to train? Classes?

I'm serious. I want to be prepared for what's coming.

I've found many news articles where people's children have been killed in these types of raids, even when they get the wrong house, and police gun down the man for protecting his family, or charge him for attempting to kill a peace officer.
