Can I get anyone's opinion on this speaker set up?
I only have space for 5 - 6" in ceiling speakers and sub for a 16'x22' room. As far as a receiver goes i only need it to handle a 5.1 set up and will probably not have more than like 2 things running through to hdmi inputs and would like the ability to stream pandora or whatever through my tablet to the receiver.
I'm sure this will just go right to the back of /b/ or filled with shit posts but any real advice would be appreciated

I really enjoy how the AAC codec they have is pure shit
Also my biggest gripe is whenever I choose to do a clip by using seconds, the audio is missing for the first second of the clip.
This happens every time and I've tried what I feel like is everything to fix it

Well, yeah essentially you could run an operating system on the RAM and processor of a GPU but as soon as you cut power it's all square one. Just like old video games. No saves.
But the notion that we will just have one GPU with non-volatile memory to run everything doesn't make sense. Firstly, it'd be called a PC. Secondly, we'd still have GPUs. The computer itself will become much more powerful, and the GPU would be just as relatively powerful, but in context they're not going to change much. Shit gets more powerful because of the demand for it. It won't end.
