NSS Labs recently conducted a browser test of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge. The researchers found that Edge — the default browser for Windows 10 — was more secure than the other two in terms of blocking socially engineered malware (SEM) and phishing attacks.
Testing was conducted during the months of September and October 2016, with 220,918 socially engineered malware results and 78,921 phishing results recorded.

Why aren't people freaking out over the data caps that comcast is implementing? Why aren't they contacting their representative and calling the FCC?
Do they not see that they are going to start off with 1TB and then lower it to 500GB and then 250 because they want money? They are probably start selling us deals like 250GB/month for $60 and 500 for $75. Come on people. Other ISP are going to follow them since nobody is fighting this and it's a better way to make money.

not to be a shill but is anyone hyped for unity 8?
after years of zero improvement to the user interface i have some hopes for U8. it looks like they're back to polishing what they have rather than introducing useless new shit (which unity was in the first place but oh well). not sure about the convergence stuff but the panel alone looks so much better right away.
i wish it was usable at this point but it's still super buggy.

First of all, I'm an idiot when it comes to hardware.
Second: I've been gifted a bretty cool mic, and the quality sounds great, but when I try to push the audio quality beyond 48 000hz, the quality improves, but there's a very loud background noise, like of a plane engine. I know for sure that it's not an actual real noise, it's not coming from anywhere.
Would adding a soundcard fix this problem?
