I'm trying to find a simple method to measure input lag in games and came up with idea of binding some action (shooting from a gun for example) to caps lock and measuring difference between caps lock led light up and action on a display, but I'm not sure if leds on keyboard light up before being handled by interrupt controller/cpu etc. or after. I tried to measure this on windows logon screen while entering password (windows warns that caps lock is enabled when pressing caps lock key) and it seems that there is about 50-70 ms of delay before led light up and caps lock warning. But at the same time I remember that if a computer hard freezes, leds on keyboard will not react to caps lock/num lock presses, same with when computer is turned off.

Let's say...
I installed gtav(the one with the 3dm crack) but every time I try to crack it, it says I need permission from the admin to move the 3dmgame.dll file even though I'm the admin and after a few seconds the file just suddenly gets deleted, just disappears. I tried changing ownership, permissions but it still says I need permission and as for the deleting, I don't even have any anti-virus installed, the PC is new just got it a few months ago so there's only windows defender, but it still deletes the fucking file
How would you solve it anon?

I built a budget AMD recently cost me about 250$. My specs are as follows:
Fx-6300
8gb hyperx savage ddr3 ram
Rx 460 2gb
500 watt cm psu
320gb seagate hdd
The system is perfect and runs at 60 fps on most games ultra or high settings at 1080p. What should I upgrade next? The cpu cooler? The fan is really loud like almost a hair dryer when under load. Is liquid cooling any good? Im thinking about getting a corsair h60
