if you do you have a basement or similar, hit yourself repeatedly in the nuts until you remember this dumb choice next time you have the opportunity to move into a new residence.
alternatively you can get one-way mirror film (or just mirror film works better, the kind that goes behind a radiator), stick it on the outside of your windows, get a AC unit and cool your room. Don't open windows, and don't leave the door open too long when you enter and leave the room. For best effects, figure out the direction the sun will come from and consider your house layout. Heat can creep in through walls, floors and ceilings.
Also if you don't have an aftermarket cooler for CPU, get one, but don't forget to measure beforehand if it will fit in your case.

Reminds me of me telling our sysadmin that we could probably save a shit ton of cash switching to RedHat or something. We use Windows Server 2008 and we're just a vape company. All we need is a front end for a website, a databse and a CC processor.
