Think about it. The power of free will and you *still* settle for slavery. Wonderful, no?

From an early age, you're influenced by your environment. Your parents (or lack of), teachers (in some manner, shape or form) and other mentors can help steer your life in a direction, whichever direction that may actually be.

However, during all of this, if you're still alive and have most of your bodily functions, there are a whole world of opportunities available to you. Especially in this day and age of technological marvels and the wonders of the Internet to provide information (and, of course, misinformation.)

The military should not even be an option, at this point, because not only is there enough information to suggest that joining it is only for those who've allowed themselves to be brainwashed by a military-industrial complex keen on retaining what power they have left ... but there is also enough information available for people to make their own decisions on what they'd like to do, instead.

Still, people join. They wish to be broken down and remoulded in somebody else's image.

This is a sign of weakness. Of allowing one's self to be influenced and corrupted by those with power and ambition. Essentially, those who join the military are no-better than mindless sheep.

Is this exercise a waste of time for chest? Seriously I feel like I am working my chest much more doing dips and cable flys. On bench press I just feel like I am burning out my arms and front delts.

I know it works front delts but I bench PL style and never FEEL it there, only ever chest.

I get sick chest pump so it's my only chest lift currently

I'm a girl and I signed up to the gym with two girl friends and the two stopped going.

As much as I love it once I am at the gym, I have a problem in motivating myself to go there by myself.

I am planning to join the army reserves and not only would I like having a gym partner so I can't cheat myself out of going, but so that I can get some guidance/advice and especially to help me increase my lifts.

So if anyone goes to the econofitness gym in the Gatineau region, just let me know.
Currently have an internship in another city so I can only go late on Fridays and during the weekends.

I'm too shy to approach the other gym-goers in person for advice.

Should a 120 pound 5 foot tall 18 year old girl lose weight? I'm technically not overweight by BMI, but I feel as though I look very chubby. I'm an apple shape so a lot of my fat is stored in my arms, boobs, and tummy.

Do you think this is an attractive weight still? Or should I drop to 100 or so.. I can post other pics that show my proportions better (standing up, no sports bra) I'd just have to edit them.
