Whats up /biz/ I come to you with a question.
I currently have a sealed bottle of Trump Vodka that is in nearly pristine condition (a few minor scuffs).
The question is should I keep holding this item or sell it now? During primaries it was worth about $200, now its around $350.
I bought it for $20. What would you guys do? Go long or short?
It'll increase in value until right before the election.
dump it now.
if you hold too long, you will lose.
some guy will buy it off you now to drink with his buddies during a debate or rally, or whatever.
dump it. Ask $500, sell for $400-450
It's hard to lose money on a stock as long as it doesn't go bankrupt, out of business, etc., and as long as you hold it long enough to sell for a profit. Is this generally true?
Dividends much?
Sure but you don't want to wait endlessly to earn a couple of dimes on your stock when the money could be used better.

>It's hard to lose money on a stock as long as
>you hold it long enough to sell for a profit
>Is this generally true?
I certainly fucking hope so.
Anyone invest in North Korean stocks?
>>1344296
>Anyone else literally burn money for the sake of it?
>>1344296
Man, I wish I could trade with volatile economies like North Korea or even fucking Liberia.
Is there even a way to do that without traveling there and getting SuperAIDS?
>>1344296
>best korea
>private enterprises for stocks to be invested in

Remember when I tipped you off about nxt some time ago /biz/?
How I told you nxt 2.0 was coming and you get a stake in it if you hold nxt 1.0 during a 3 month snapshot?
When it was under a $ cent a piece?
You did it right? You bought in right? You didn't invest in HashOcean instead right?
Because you would have made more than 2.5x your money by now, and this rocket is just only lifting off:
http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/nxt/
>>1344260
are you sure faggot ?
>>1344266
People having to hold their coins for 3 months to get the full stake in the new system plus the 2.0 hype make nxt a pretty good bet for the foreseeable future yes,
Also shout out to NEM you guys are killing it.
>>1344260
I still can't even get my original NXT wallet funded with it.
Trying to use Shapeshift says my NXT ID is an invalid wallet ID, and I can't send all my currency to my Jay Wallet without having NXT.
Will the British banks keep rising?
Everyone thought they would fall but I think after today they will continue rising.

Is networking just a meme? If I manage to get connections personally with big business and lobbying and make a good impression does it even matter what fucking degree I have? Does nepotism actually happen?
>>1344224
>Does nepotism actually happen?
I wish I lived where you live.
Degree + network is good, way better than just a degree.
>>1344224
>does nepotism happen
No, Jews are all geniuses who know how to get into every business they venture with no friends what so ever.
Hi /biz/,
Usually I only lurk and do small business but recently I came into some heavy equipment for half their regular price. I have no need, and absolutely no idea on how to sell these. What would be the best way on getting these sold? Contacting companies?
There is 2 pizza ovens, this is the small one. There is a giant grinder, a slip roller and servo-shifts.
Machinistbro here, that's an old Leblond lathe! Assuming its in decent actual shape, and depending on if you have the chuck for it and any other tooling, its worth $1000-$3000+ at least here in the South.
You'll get a better estimate if you take more pictures, list whatever came with it, and post that shit on the MACHINIST page on Facebook, we'll help you out more. Theres also some machine tool selling groups on there, and should that fail, just put the bitch on Craigslist (Thats how I bought my personally owned Clausing).
Good luck, those are sweet old machines and someone WILL want it!
>>1344138
Thank you, I'll be sure to check out the facebook page and see what type of information I can get. I have about 7 pieces of equipment.
TFW when bought gold at $80, dumped at $60
>>1344123
Just because you are retard.
>hm yes gold will never be $80 again
Lel im gonna wait one more week if its still going up or not and then im gonna sell with 20% profit
Money is often equated with power, and as such everyone in the modern world seeks to attain it.
So /biz/, how can one acquire money the fastest and easiest way possible from block one?
>>1344103
>the fastest and easiest way
luck
>>1344103
It honestly depends on how much you currently have and how much free time you have.
There's no 'easy' way to do it unless you sit down at a casino and get ludicrously lucky
How to get lucky?
Hi /biz/
Should I buy some of NYSE:SDT?
Their last four dividends have been between 5.55% and 13.82%, quarterly. Is there a catch to these insane yields?
>>1344097
high yields means shit ocmpany earnings, dont fuck with penny stocks when the deciding factor is dividends.
No fool! Buy PSEC instead!
>>1344118
It's not a stock per se, but rather a trust which gets income to distribute from a royalty interest in some oil & gas operations.

What are revolution-proof jobs? What are jobs that might be good in a revolution?
I imagine communist would hire a lot of civil engineers to build public work projects and robotics people might do well since they want to automate work.
Careers that might do bad are finance and wallstreet people and anyone who works with consumer electronics. If there was a revolution electrical engineers should specialize in large power distribution system instead of micro-electronics.
Every society will always need accountants.
>>1343971
>What are revolution-proof jobs?
Being a poorfag
>>1343971
Why does there have to be a revolution? The only revolution we should ever have should be to gas all the stupid liberal poor people that make noise about "revolution" because they're lazy and jealous.
News is from 21 hours ago but the price is now reacting and most of the US isn't up yet.
