Age:27
I would like to have a passive income of 40k
No debts at all
250k in cash
and 500k in the market
Target is 1.5m and before age 40. Currently 26 with 100k
>>1363669
What will you do with the 1.5 to make sure you have enough money every year?
Stocks, dividends yeild etfs, annuity, etc?
Just looking for ideas.
>>1363930
Don't fucking bother at all with annuities.
You're pretty damn young, stick to stocks.
Also you have way to much money in cash. If I was you I would put $1000+ extra every month into the market.
what will happen if there's infinite natural resources because of space mining?

Who is the unattractive man in this picture?
>>1363615

>>1363596
prepare to get fucked anon. You will lose your xbox one and tv for nothing.
In all honesty.
Get a job, if you want to make money on stocks you would need about 10k to play with and make safe choices to produce passive income. Not that get rich fast mentality you have at the moment, that's how you lose your 1k.
What you need is a job and start saving and start with the safest routes then move up and invest some margin of that into more volatile stocks.
First you should have that active income from a job though.

please explain
Most people have been busy discussing and arguing over the whole Pajeet/Cowie situation. We need to begin focusing on creating ad campaigns to spread exposure of Trump Coins. We need to get the subreddit going again, we need to start posting more campaign ads on different forums, and we need to somehow get a video about Trump Coin on the YouTube trending list. Everyone throw their suggestions here and let's work together to get Trump Coin more exposure.

The infighting and developer chaos is settling down, thankfully. In less than a week we should have a fully functioning developer team.
I'd like to say that the chaos over the weekend was also somewhat necessary; the team needed to grow into a serious development and management team. I think Chris/Chicken65 just did not realize the scope of the project and that it was going to hit the top 100 so easily. He was just out of his depth as a DJ.
Now things are starting to look good and already there is a pump on the coin. It just shows that people are still very interested in the project and that with the right push from the community we can get the train going again.

Been out of the loop, what's this?
The date is now July 6. It is now 9:30 AM.
What do you invest in?
buy tesla.
buy apple.
>>1363580
I'm thinking about a lot right now, but, if I was forced to spend all of my money right now on a stock............I'd buy Apple............maybe ABX, but, probably Apple unless I was feeling adventurous.
AMPE
How difficult would it be to mastermind and get away with a £1000,000 fraud?
The amount of effort that it would take to fraud your way into a million pounds and get away with it would be the same amount of effort needed to have a shot at getting a similar amount of money legitimately, assuming that you aren't some sort of fucking criminal genius.
The three primary groups of people who steal are the rich who feel that they can do so with impunity, the mentally ill who are compelled to do so by deviant psychology, and the poor who feel that they have no other means.

IMMINENT USA RECESSION COUNTDOWN THREAD:
Get it here, lads. Let's all take ganders on when the next great recession will take place. My money's on 8 months.
>>1363528
If Trump is elected: Jan. 2017
If Shillary is elected: Sometime in 2021
You have threads from the day /biz/ was created saying that the next recession is any day now.
But like >>1363531 said, it fits the globalist agenda better if it happens under a Republican president.
There's zero chance of it happening while Obama is still president
>>1363545
>There's zero chance of it happening while Obama is still president
The peak of the last one was during Obama's tenure.
It seems like there are two kinds of people who dream of getting rich: positive and negative.
+The Positives
+Want to do a particular thing that will make them rich
+Could be anything like writing a best selling novel, being a rock star, inventing a new drug that cures a common illness, or even being an entrepreneur
+Pursue a particular goal which is ancillary to becoming rich, though the money is secondary
+Typically have an interesting, if rocky, road
+Only a tiny portion of them make it
-The Negatives
-Just want to be rich and don't care about the specifics
-They typically shoot for a job doing mid-high level paperwork of some sort and hope that timely investing will carry them to money
-Wealth is its own goal to them
-Have a long, boring road in life
-They are slightly more likely to make it, but aren't likely to be happy
Which are you?
Also, I'm personally the former. I have a net positive end-goal that is ancillary to becoming rich.
>>1363497
I'm the one that wants a worry free life, and the best way to remove most worries is having a huge capital.
>>1363630
So you're a Negative then. Maybe a better way to term it would be Hot and Cold.
how do these niggas manage to become millionaires super fast ? is this some sort of jewish conspiracy ?
>>1363490
The people who own the record companies are almost entirely Jewish but it's ultimately up to you to decide whether that's merely a coincidence or not.
Broke niggas are only broke because they choose to not develop any monetizible skills, instead choosing to spend money on frivolous things like crack cocaine and a twenty year-old purple Towncar.
The popular music industry starts losing huge chunks of money overnight due to piracy, so those wealthy executives fund ad-based "free" streaming services and focus on pushing CDs and merch to the only demographic with some money that still hasn't figured out how to use a computer.
Then combine that with a heaping of the internalized and highly marketable "blacks are rebels" mindset which those same companies have forced into the unaware public subconscious for over forty years now and black young millionaire hip-hop musicians are the logical conclusion.
basically they sign away all the rights of their music to a label for a check, as well as other agreements
this, plus most artists tend to make the bulk of their money doing shows

Jews pay a few dancing coons to entrance the vast majority of them and profit.
What motivates you to make lots of money?
For me, besides having a fulfilling career, it's all about having a condo like this.
I just want a house where I can live by myself and not have to wage slave.
i just like collecting money
i literally don't spend any of it but i just like the feeling of collecting it
to be able to do nice things for my family. and have enough to cover any sort of emergency that arises. and to beable to fund projects and causes i believe in , and to beable to pursue fun or enlightening opportunities that come up . and to encourage other people with no hope that with enough hardwork anyone can do "it"
Does anyone here believe that cryptocurrency will become the world standard before we begin to see the effects of the "Singularity"?
I was thinking about this earlier and I have no idea what to even think of it, other than that it sounds fascinating
>>1363421
That's easy, ofcourse it will. Everyone should own at least 1 Bitcoin. It is your civic duty if you care about your family, yourself, or the human race in general.
>>1363421
I doubt there will ever be a singularity
Yo biz I got a question
If I was to transfer colleges, what would the admissions dep. look at most when considering whether to let me in or not.
Sats?
Hs/college grades?
Sorry if this was a dumb question, couldn't find anything on Google
They judge you purely on cock size. If you're under 11 inches and fat they won't accept your transfer. Reason being is that most colleges are now heavily democrat and CP and feminist based beliefs. So if you're short, small dicked, or even remotely threatening then you will be declined by the head fem.
college gpa mostly i believe, but all depends
The more recent, the more relevant. So most important are your current uni grades.
THE ETH SHILLS HAVE FINALLY BEEN PROVEN WRONG
SHORT IT NOW OR FOREVER REGRET IT
AN IRRECOVERABLE COLLAPSE IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER

Ok /biz/nessmen, here's the situ'.
ME:
F&B expert in every sense of the word. Literally have written books on the subject.
Very connected in the Las Vegas beverage/cocktail/F&B industry
Last three years been working as a #2 in a small business that grew from just the two of us to 10~ people, grew a ton in products, ton in equity (bought a warehouse in that time)
CONCEPT:
Opening a bar in Downtown Las Vegas, in an area that, by the time we open, will be surrounded by high-rise condos and more hipstery-crafty shit. Current hipstery crafty shit is moving away from current location (Las Vegas Blvd and Freemont) and is moving EAST. My location is 6 blocks east, right between what you would call the "outer border" of the hip area.
The concept itself is based off a very successful one in LA that opened a couple years ago, based on a kind of 70's house party vibe. Real kitschy but very comfy and cozy and cool to be in. This concept fits the demographic's needs, the building itself (it's already very kitschy 70s looking and was originally a house), and there is no where else serving this particular market position. A potential business partner may be turning the unused addition building into a coffee shop/work space, which would also be good because the current downtown spot for that is closing. He is actually the owner of that.
[had to split into two posts]
I've got a consultant for the drink program that will also bring alot of cred to us, I've got a great real estate broker bringing down the price of the property (currently at $1.9mil but we think we can get it to $1.2 or so), I've got a really good contractor drawing up costs, I've got an accountant incorporating us and a lawyer working on permitting/licensing/etc.
I'm only running into ONE OBSTACLE.
HOW DOES ONE FIND AN INVESTOR? I only know a few rich people, but I don't think they are the investing type.
Honestly, is an investor what I need, or could I do this through a bank? I feel an investor will be less of a liability as far as the first couple months of bleeding money, and I dont mind giving partial ownership to someone, but just... Where do you find this kind of thing? Are there investor firms? Clubs? Lists???
>how do I open a hipster bar for hipster scum
