Nothing. Minerals can be used in many ways. There is abundant beach sand but you don't see all glass costing the same.

First of all, there will never be "infinite" resources. Mining in space cant produce large quantities of perfectly usable materials.

Also, you have to build technology and hire specialized persons to do the mining.

When you understand that rare resources on earth are generally also rare resources in space, precious metals regain some of their shine.
