I would like to have a passive income of 40k

No debts at all

250k in cash
and 500k in the market

What will you do with the 1.5 to make sure you have enough money every year?

Stocks, dividends yeild etfs, annuity, etc?

Don't fucking bother at all with annuities.

You're pretty damn young, stick to stocks.

Also you have way to much money in cash. If I was you I would put $1000+ extra every month into the market.
