Rankings were a mistake to begin with. Absolutely ruins the pace of the gameplay. I only had fun with MGSV after I turned off marking and reflex and ignored the rankings

What's the issue? Hiding from enemies is easier than gunning them all down, and considering that all Metal Gear protagonists canonically enjoy killing people then you shouldn't really be ecessively penalised for it.
