I know it's kinda cliche for a personafag but i actually cannot think of a game that even makes an attempt at stylizing their UI and menus.

P5 is definitely the king of UI design. As for what makes it good, I guess it should to be visually interesting without sacrificing clarity and readability. P5's strange font and clashing colors should make it a nightmare to read, but somehow it all looks perfectly readable. It's kind of a miracle of UI design. P5's use of colors and movement in the UI makes it really fun to look at too. The way that the menus transition nicely between each other is great, and the animations are fast enough to not be annoying, while cool enough to never get old.

I think the only people who dislike this game are people who went and read dev blogs on the devs intentions, or misunderstood the loading screen menu's or something.

I honestly loved this game and found it to be a very satisfying bad guy simulator. I enjoyed the whole fucked up atmopshere of being a PTSDing soldier who's just a fuck up case making mistake after mistake after mistake. Spec Ops is unironically awesome. The gameplay is cookie cutter but it's not bad. It's just not super fantastic eitehr but it's enjoyable enough.

It's a solid game and I enjoyed the fuck out of it. There needs to be more games where you play as the bad guy.

It certainly has its imperfections- the sound design even with the recent updates feels like its engineered by a schizophrenic- the graphics optimization especially with some drivers is just.. awful. It was buggy as shit just like dishonored 2 was at release.
The backtracking to do all of the side quests got a little tedious, but god damn, this was a game to be immersed in. felt like playing bioshock for the first time.
